You are supposedly a surgeon in this game. The patients are waiting for urgent transplants. The patient has a limited amount of time to live and the time is shown in the left side of the bed. The organ required is also illustrated. You need to click on the patient and drag him/her on the made bed. Then you need to find the organ which the patient requires. You need to hurry up while doing the transplant as the organs will not stay useful for long. Get the organ and click on the patient to do the transplant. The waiting patients are seen on the left side of the game screen. So hurry and save some lives.
